What is the Design Library?

Our Design Library is a collection of professionally curated, ready-to-use Selections, Styling and Selection & Styling Packs.

We’ve already done the sourcing, comparing and obsessing over the details for you. Simply choose the look you love and you’ll receive the design direction, selections and product information you need to bring it to life.

What’s the difference between the Design Library & Tailored Services?

Design Library: The design work has already been done. Find a look you love, purchase the pack and make it your own.

Tailored Services: We curate everything specifically for your home, style, lifestyle, project & budget.

Think of it as:

Design Library: I want that.
Tailored: I want you to create that for me.

What's the difference between Selections & Styling?

Selections are the finishes and fixtures that form part of your renovation or build, such as cabinetry, benchtops, tiles, flooring, paint, tapware, lighting & hardware.

Styling covers the furniture and finishing layers of your home, such as sofas, dining furniture, rugs, window furnishings, artwork, cushions, bedding, décor & accessories.

If you need both, our Selections & Styling packages bring everything together into one cohesive design.

Can you help with my entire renovation or new build?

Absolutely.

Our services can cover a single space, multiple rooms or the selections & styling across your entire home.

Multi-Space & Whole Home projects are tailored and quoted according to the scope of your renovation or new build.

Where are your services available?

Our Selection & Styling Services are designed to work Australia-wide.

If you’re located across Melbourne Metro or the Mornington Peninsula, your kick-off consultation can take place in your home. If you’re elsewhere in Australia, we’ll catch up virtually and deliver your project online.

Our Shop With a Designer service is available across Melbourne Metro & the Mornington Peninsula.

How do your Selection & Styling Services work?

Choose the service and space you need, purchase your package and complete your Design Brief with the information we need about your home, style, budget & project.

We’ll then book in your kick-off consultation and get to work curating your design.

Your final package gives you a clear, cohesive plan with the selections, product information and guidance you need to shop and execute your design.

Can I just leave the selections to you?

Yes. That's exactly what these packages are designed for.

You can sit back and relax while we source, compare and curate everything for you, no matter where you’re located in Australia.

If you’re local and would prefer to be more involved, you can add a Shop With a Designer session and visit showrooms with Casey to explore products, finishes & samples together.

What is included in a Selections package?

Depending on your project, we can curate cabinetry finishes, benchtops, tiles, flooring, paint colours, tapware, sinks, sanitaryware, hardware, lighting, mirrors, grout, trims and other relevant finishes & fixtures.

Your package includes your Design Brief, kick-off consultation, Selections Board, itemised Finishes & Fixtures Schedule, product details, links & SKUs, specification guidance and one round of refinements.

For local projects, your selections may be presented as a physical flat lay of samples instead of a 2D Selections Board.

What is included in a Styling package?

Depending on your space, we can curate furniture, rugs, lighting, window furnishings, artwork, mirrors, cushions, throws, bedding, décor, plants & other styling pieces.

You’ll receive a 2D Styling Board, complete itemised Furniture & Styling Schedule with product details, links & SKUs, placement guidance and one round of refinements.

What is included in a Selections & Styling package?

Everything comes together.

We’ll curate the finishes & fixtures your project needs as well as the furniture & styling, ensuring both parts of your home are considered as one cohesive design.

You’ll receive a 2D Styling Board, 2D Selections Board or physical flat lay for local projects, complete itemised schedules, product information, placement & specification guidance and one round of refinements.

What if I need my renovation selections now but won't need furniture for months?

No problem.

For combined Selections & Styling projects, we can work in line with your renovation or build timeline. Your finishes & fixtures can be completed first so your trades have what they need, with furniture & styling finalised closer to completion so the products we recommend are current and available when you’re ready to buy.

What is Shop With a Designer?

Shop With a Designer gives you dedicated time with Casey to visit local showrooms and make selections together.

You might be choosing tiles, flooring, cabinetry finishes, tapware, lighting, furniture, rugs, window furnishings or styling pieces.

Book it as a standalone service when you just want some hands-on help, or add it to your Selection & Styling Service Pack if you'd like Casey alongside you during the selection process.

Available across Melbourne Metro & the Mornington Peninsula.

What happens during a Design Consultation?

Your Design Consultation is a focused 1.5-hour session with Casey for those times when you simply need some professional advice or help making a decision.

Bring your questions, plans, ideas, samples or anything you’re stuck on and we’ll work through it together.

If you're across Melbourne Metro or the Mornington Peninsula, Casey will come to your home. If you're located elsewhere in Australia, we'll catch up virtually.

Simply purchase your consultation and we’ll be in touch within 24 hours to book your session.

Do I need to measure my space?

For virtual projects, we may need some basic measurements, photos or plans depending on the service you choose.

We’ll tell you exactly what we need and keep it simple. You don’t need design experience or technical drawings to get started.

Can you work within my budget?

Absolutely.

Your budget is considered from the beginning and helps guide the products, finishes and overall direction we recommend.

We believe in buying well, which means knowing where it’s worth investing, where you can save and how to create a beautiful, cohesive result within your budget.

Who do you source from?

We primarily source from trusted Australian suppliers and brands with reliable product availability and support.

We consider design, quality, value, availability & longevity, not simply how something looks.

Do your packages include technical drawings?

Our standard packages provide design direction, selections, specifications and placement guidance. They are not construction or technical documentation unless specifically included in your project scope.

Your builder, architect, building designer, cabinetmaker or relevant trade should confirm measurements, construction requirements, regulations and technical details before work begins.

Can you work with my builder or trades?

Absolutely.

Your YDC package is designed to give you clear selections and design direction that can be shared with your builder, cabinetmaker and trades.

If your project requires additional collaboration or support, we can discuss this with you separately.

Do you offer purchasing or procurement?

Your YDC package gives you the product information, links & SKUs you need to purchase your selections yourself.

If you'd prefer us to take care of more, procurement and additional project support can be quoted separately depending on your project and location.

How much does YDC cost?

Our Design Library, individual Selection & Styling Service Packs, Design Consultations and Shop With a Designer sessions are clearly priced on our website.

Multi-Space, Whole Home and more tailored projects are quoted according to scope.
