Our Floorplan Review is designed to help you get the most out of your floorplan before construction begins. Whether you're building a new home or renovating, we'll review your existing plans and provide professional recommendations to improve functionality, flow and the overall liveability of your home.

• 1.5-hour design consultation (online Australia-wide or onsite within the Mornington Peninsula & Melbourne Metro)
• Professional review of your existing floorplan
• Concept-level recommendations to improve functionality, flow and space planning
• Marked-up floorplan with suggested improvements
• Simple concept sketches where required to communicate key ideas
• Practical design notes and recommendations
• One round of revisions

How It Works

1. Purchase your Floorplan Review online.
2. Complete your Design Project Brief and upload your existing floorplans, inspiration images and any relevant project information.
3. We'll contact you to arrange your included 1.5-hour consultation, either online or onsite depending on your location.
4. Following the consultation, we'll review your plans and prepare your personalised Floorplan Review.

Important Information

• $650 per level
• Available Australia-wide via online consultation or onsite within the Mornington Peninsula & Melbourne Metro.
• This service provides concept-level design advice only and does not include technical drawings, construction documentation, engineering or building permit drawings.
• Where additional design development or trade-ready documentation is required, this can be quoted separately as part of our Tailored Project Services.
